Yes, there are additional fees associated with starting a website, however, based on your package those may vary. Our sales team will provide all the fees associated with the development of your website before all agreements are finalized.

You can always log into your account and select your progress bar. You can then review the progress being made on your project. You can also ask questions and schedule time to speak with your account manager if needed.

You can update your email at any time. Log into your account and select your profile. You can change your email here. Please allow 24-48 business hours for the change to be updated across all of our systems.
Can I transfer team administrator rights?
You can do so by simply providing your login details to the respective party on your team.
